I went into the office today.  Worked harder & accomplished less.

Argued again with Best Buy.  They wrote me up a rain check on 3/18/01 for a telephone headset, which apparently they have no intention of ever ordering again.  I called their corporate office to complain.  The representative I spoke with also called the store while I held the line.  They treated him badly also.  Nice.  I registered a complaint although I doubt that will do any good.
