Last night our alarm system went off at 1:46am.  Not a nice way to wake up!  Neither one of us was able to go right back to sleep, so we lost a few essential hours.  We made plans to meet up with the local chapter of Mensa for happy hour.  I was nervous since meeting new people does that to me.  Plus, if I hated it, I'm not the type to just walk out.  I usually grin & bear it.  It turns out that they were very nice, if a little odd.  But, what did I expect?  I'm a little odd myself.
